    OVA TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
Tournament dates all posted here. The exact day (Saturday or Sunday) and location for each tournament are confirmed and published a few weeks in advance. We’ll share details as soon as they are available so families can plan accordingly.

    ADDITIONAL TOURNAMENTS
Please note that while the team covers standard registration fees outlined above, any additional tournament costs (including travel, accommodation, and registration fees) will be the responsibility of parents/guardians. Coaches expenses for out of city/country tournaments also need to be covered (travel/accommodation and meals)

    1. All club athletes must be registered in MRS as an indoor competitive player.

    2. Complete the Respect in Sport training module.

Failure to complete above requirements by October 31, 2025 will result in the athlete being unable to take part in weekly practices.

  • The Parent Rep plays a key support role on the rep volleyball team by serving as the main liaison between the coaching staff and parents. Their responsibilities typically include:

    • Communication: Sharing updates from coaches and the club with parents, including schedules, logistics, and team news.

    • Organization: Helping coordinate team events such as travel arrangements, team meals, and tournament details.

    • Support: Assisting with administrative tasks like collecting paperwork, tracking payments, and organizing fundraising if needed.

    • Team Spirit: Helping build a positive, inclusive environment by encouraging team camaraderie and parent involvement.

This role is essential in ensuring the season runs smoothly and the team stays informed and connected.
